- Every purchase is a single payment. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
- Card payments run on PayPal's secure checkout — no PayPal account needed. VocaTTS never sees or stores your card details.
- Payments in Vietnam go through SePay by VietQR or bank transfer, in VND.
How billing works
- Monthly plans give you a credit allowance for 30 days.
- Yearly plans are paid once for 12 months, and the credit allowance refills every month.
- One-time credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Nothing renews automatically. When a plan ends, you decide whether to buy again.
- Credits and the characters-per-generation limit are separate: the limit caps one request, credits are your balance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which payment methods can I use?
A: You can pay with a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and others) or a PayPal account. Card payments are processed by PayPal, and you do not need a PayPal account to use them. Customers with a Vietnamese bank can also pay through SePay by VietQR or bank transfer, at the plan's VND price. Plans are paid once and do not renew automatically.
Q: Is this a subscription?
A: No. Each purchase is a single payment. Monthly credits last 30 days, yearly plans cover 12 months with a monthly refill, and one-time credits last 12 months. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
Q: What do credits pay for?
A: Generating speech in any tool: Text to Speech, SRT to Audio, AI dubbing, Multi-Speaker and PDF to Speech. Premium voices such as Gemini and OpenAI — including cloned and designed voices — use more credits per character than standard neural voices.
Q: Can I clone or design a voice on the free tier?
A: No. Custom voices start with the Basic plan. You can still try every stock voice for free within the guest and free-account limits.
Q: What happens to my custom voices when my plan ends?
A: Custom voices are kept for up to a year and you can delete them at any time. To generate speech with them you need an active paid plan and credits.
Q: When are credits added after payment?
A: Usually within seconds of a successful payment. If your balance has not changed after a few minutes, contact support with your order details.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, if you ask within 3 days of payment and have used no more than 1% of the credits in that purchase. The refund policy has the full conditions and how to send a request.
